Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • Ice as needed

Directions

  1. Add coconut water to blender first.
  2. Add all fruit ingredients (berries, banana, orange, pineapple).
  3. Add Greek yogurt and hemp seeds.
  4. Add ice last.
  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  6. Adjust consistency with more liquid or ice if needed.
  7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
