Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 T seasoned salt
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t poultry seasoning
- 1 t ground mustard
- 1/2 t pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 T vegetable or olive oil
Directions
- Combine flour and spices in a plastic bag.
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Put chicken (a few pieces at a time) in the bag and shake to coat.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Cook chicken, turning frequently, until browned and juices run clear (about 6–8 minutes).
