Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1 c flour
  • 1 T seasoned salt
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1 t poultry seasoning
  • 1 t ground mustard
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 T vegetable or olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine flour and spices in a plastic bag.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
  3. Put chicken (a few pieces at a time) in the bag and shake to coat.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet.
  5. Cook chicken, turning frequently, until browned and juices run clear (about 6–8 minutes).
